.460 handgun hunting

Good locations for finding pheasants is a dry lake bottom with a significant amount of dead brush and weeds which are about knee to waist high or, in the edges of grain or corn fields. Animals can smell you, hear you and are constantly on the lookout for danger.

Coyotes are less dangerous than wolfs in the wild which is why hunting them is not that risky. Elks are hunted for their meat, nutritive velvet antlers or just for the spirit of the game. You can always be at a hunting area early as long as you do not attempt to shoot any deer before the sun comes up.

Deer are extremely sensitive to smell and sound. Regardless of what you choose, be sure not to make the mistake that most hunters make, calling to loud. If you need to move, take a close look around you to make sure there are no whitetail nearby.
